1 "The Road I'm On" is a single from 3 Doors Down's second album, Away from
the Sun. Since a single was issued only as a promotional copy it didn't make
it the U.S. Hot 100 or U.S Pop 100, it did fairly well on a number of
charts: Modern Rock #24, Mainstream Rock #8, Austrailia #9, Canada #15, and
U.K. Rock #13. The music video shows the band performing on a checkered-flag
pattern stage at night. NASCAR drivers Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Tony Stewart
are shown racing through the streets and on a race track.
