Aliotta, Haynes & Jeremiah, artist notes and General Information (biography):
Aliotta, Haynes & Jeremiah were a Chicago-based, rock group who performed from the
early 1970s to the mid-1980s. Originally from West Allis, Wisconsin, the trio, cosisting
of bassist Mitch Aliotta (vocals, drums), Ted Aliotta (vocals, bass), and Skip Haynes (
lead guitar, drums), cut their first album, a self-titled, rather short LP, in 1970. Ted
left after the debut album was recorded and was replaced by John Jeremiah (vocals & keyboard).
Having a huge "cult" following, and being excellent singers & musicians helped to keep
the group alive and motivated and until they broke up in the mid-1980s.
