the exception of All Music Guide (allmusic.com) indicates that Sam Cooke
is the sole composer of, "Only Sixteen." AMG seems to have mistakenly
entered the name of composer, Barbara Mayson Campbell, as the author of
this song on some of the Dr. Hook albums, and even on some of the other
covers. Ms. Campbell and Mr. Cooke have collaborated on other songs, but
