everywhere else.

2 Delta refers to the Mississisppi Delta that is the termination of the
Mississippi River in southern Louisiana, in the United States.

3 Cajun is an ethnic group living mainly in Louisiana, consisting of the
descendants of Acadian exiles (French-speaking settlers from the French
colonial empire in northeastern North America that included parts of eastern
Quebec, the Maritime provinces, and modern-day New England, stretching as
far south as Philadelphia). Today, Cajuns make up a significant portion of
south Louisiana's population, and have exerted an enormous impact on the
state's culture.

4 "Jolé Blon" is a Cajun standard, it is also known as, "Jolie Blonde,"
"Jole Blon," and "Joli Blon." In 1929 Amédée Breaux (accordion), brothers
Ophé Breaux (guitar) and Cléopha Breaux (fiddle), and their sister, Cleoma
Breaux (guitar and vocals,) recorded, "Ma Blonde Est Partie," which is
thought to be the earliest recording of the "Jolé Blon."

9 Dobro is a trade name now owned by Gibson Guitar Corporation and used for
a particular design of resonator guitar, often called a Hawiian Guitar. The
name, Dobro, was coined by the Dopyera brothers when they formed the Dobro
Manufacturing Company in 1928. In time Dobro came to mean any resonator
guitar, or specifically one with a single inverted resonator.
