Because we live in the outback and it doesn't snow out here
I'm a tellin' you not to worry 'cause I just got the word
If everybody listens closely and I'll tell you what I heard
Santa's gonna come in a mail coach instead of his trusty sleigh
He'll have horses instead of reindeer to carry him on his way
The weatherman had his problems it doesn't snow out here
Santa's gonna come in a mail coach when he visits you and me
Santa can't bring his reindeer he's gonna leave them far away
But don't you worry he's gonna be here Christmas Day
